When You Feel Sad....

What do you do when you're sad? Do you just sit and cry or do you go out with your friends to feel good?
Here's a list of what you can do when you're sad. 

1) Put on a cool outfit. 



2) Read a book.


3) Write about your sadness. 




4) Call a friend. 



5) Talk a walk.




6) Light up a candle.




7) Drink some tea/coffee.




8) Click pretty photos.




9) Get crafty. 




10) Listen to happy music.
