Self Love

 Self Love is important.

Sometimes self love can be considered as selfishness and egoistic part of personality or narcissism. Self love means accepting yourself through everything and appreciating your existence. Accept your emotions for what they are and putting your physical, emotional and mental well being first. 

People always point out their flaws and be sad for what they are. There are so many positive things which are inside us but people ignore that and always look forward to their own flaws and negative things. 

Most of the people have problems with their bodies and skin. They always notice things like acnes, facial hair or looks. They are worried about what people will think of them and pass judgements. These kind of insecurities give mental stress and people then find themselves unhappy most of the time. Mental stress can be harmful as it leads to depression and anxiety and big traumas. When other people tell someone about how bad or weird they look, they start being insecure and become uncomfortable in meeting other people because they think they will criticize and make fun of that too. 

You will never be happy unless and until you accept yourself and start loving yourself for whatever you are. People will criticize you and judge you no matter what. The day you start loving yourself, that day nobody will have powers to make you feel uncomfortable and let you down. You should be the reason of your own happiness. Make your little world happy by loving yourself and accepting your flaws. 

How to practice self love? You can practice it through which you don't feel demotivated and feel confident about everything. Few ways to practice self  love are:

1. Listen to your soul and body.
2. Prioritize yourself.
3. Trust yourself.
4. Set healthy boundaries.
5. Be kind, patient, gentle and compassionate to yourself.
6. Be grateful for your existence.
7. Appreciate small things inside you.
